٣٢ - تلاحظ أن المؤتمر المقبل بشأن التعاون بين بلدان الجنوب المعني بالتمويل والتجارة والاستثمار، المزمع عقده في سان خوسيه، كوستاريكا، سوف يتيح الفرصة للبلدان النامية كي تتقدم بمبادرات تتصل بالوثيقة المعنونة " شراكة من أجل تحقيق النمو والتنمية " ، وتدعو المجتمع الدولي إلى دعم هذه المبادرات؛
