9. Welcomes with appreciation the preparations and contributions made so far for the five—year implementation review of the Vienna Declaration and Programme of Action and calls upon all States to contribute actively to this process;

٤ - تؤكد على أن الامتثال الدقيق ﻷحكام اتفاقية حقوق الطفل إنما يشكل خطوة هامة نحو حل مشاكل أطفال الشوارع، وتطلب إلى جميع الدول التي لم تصبح أطرافا في الاتفاقية بعد أن تفعل ذلك على سبيل اﻷولوية؛

2. Calls upon the nuclear-weapon States to pursue their efforts for nuclear disarmament with the ultimate objective of the elimination of nuclear weapons in the framework of general and complete disarmament, and calls upon all States to implement fully their commitments in the field of disarmament and non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
٢ - تطلب إلى الدول الحائزة لﻷسلحة النووية متابعة جهودها الرامية إلى نزع السلاح النووي بغية تحقيق الهدف النهائي المتمثل في القضاء على اﻷسلحة النووية في إطار نزع السلاح العام الكامل، وتطلب إلى جميع الدول تنفيذ التزاماتها في ميدان نزع السلاح وعدم انتشار أسلحة التدمير الشامل تنفيذا كاملا.

5. Reaffirms that, as set out in article 14 of the Declaration, everyone has the right to seek and enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution, and calls upon all States to refrain from taking measures that jeopardize the institution of asylum, in particular by returning or expelling refugees or asylum-seekers contrary to international standards;
٥ - تؤكد من جديد أنه لكل فرد الحق، كما هو مبين في المادة ١٤ من اﻹعلان، في أن يلتمس اللجوء ويتمتع به في بلاد أخرى هربا من الاضطهاد؛ وتطلب إلى جميع الدول الامتناع عن اتخاذ تدابير تضر بنظام اللجوء، ولا سيما إعادة اللاجئين أو ملتمسي اللجوء أو طردهم خلافا للمعايير الدولية؛

9. Recognizes that primary education is one of the main instruments to reintegrate child workers, and calls upon all States to recognize the right to education by making primary education compulsory and to ensure that all children have access to free primary education as a key strategy to prevent child labour;
٩ - تسلم بأن التعليم اﻷساسي هو أحد اﻷدوات الرئيسية ﻹعادة دمج اﻷطفال العاملين وتطلب إلى جميع الدول الاعتراف بالحق في التعليم بجعل التعليم اﻷساسي الزاميا وضمان فرصة الالتحاق بالتعليم اﻷساسي المجاني لجميع اﻷطفال كعنصر استراتيجي أساسي لمنع عمل اﻷطفال؛

9. Reaffirms the importance of existing international conventions in preventing the economic exploitation and loss of life that can result from alien smuggling, and calls upon all States to exchange information and to consider ratifying or acceding to those conventions if they have not done so and fully to implement and enforce such conventions;
٩ - تؤكد من جديد أهمية الاتفاقيات الدولية القائمة لمنع ما قد ينجم عن تهريب اﻷجانب من استغلال اقتصادي وخسائر في اﻷرواح، وتطلب إلى جميع الدول أن تتبادل المعلومات وأن تنظر في التصديق على هذه الاتفاقيات أو الانضمام إليها إن لم تكن قد فعلت ذلك وأن تنفذ وتعمل على تنفيذ هذه الاتفاقيات تنفيذا تاما؛

3. Reiterates that everyone, without distinction of any kind, has the right to seek and to enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution, and calls upon all States to uphold asylum as an indispensable instrument for the international protection of refugees and to respect scrupulously the fundamental principle of non-refoulement, which is not subject to derogation;
٣ - تؤكد من جديد أن لكل شخص، دون تمييز من أي نوع، الحق في التماس اللجوء والتمتع به في البلدان اﻷخرى هربا من الاضطهاد، وتطلب إلى جميع الدول أن تساند اللجوء بوصفه أداة لا غنى عنها للحماية الدولية للاجئين، وأن تكفل التقيد بدقة بالمبدأ اﻷساسي المتعلق بعدم اﻹعادة القسرية الذي لا يخضع ﻷي تقييد؛

3. Welcomes the forthcoming entry into force of the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families, and requests all States to take this opportunity to consider signing and ratifying the Convention in order to ensure its effective implementation.
3- تغتبط بدخول الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم حيز النفاذ قريباً، وتطلب إلى جميع الدول أن تغتنم هذه الفرصة للنظر في التوقيع والتصديق على هذه المعاهدة بغية ضمان تنفيذها تنفيذاً فعلياً؛
