Also stresses the importance of strengthening the capacity of affected States to investigate, prosecute, incarcerate and, as appropriate, repatriate and transfer offenders, in accordance with applicable domestic and international law, and requests the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime to continue its ongoing efforts in this regard;
3- تشدِّد أيضاً على أهمية تعزيز قدرات الدول المتضررة على التحقيق مع الجناة وملاحقتهم قضائيا وسجنهم، وحسب الاقتضاء، إعادتهم إلى أوطانهم ونقلهم، وفقا للقوانين الوطنية والدولية الواجبة التطبيق وتطلب إلى مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدِّرات والجريمة أن يواصل جهوده الجارية في هذا الشأن؛

10. Urges Member States to consider the early signing and ratifying of the International Convention for the Suppression of Acts of Nuclear Terrorism, and requests the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, upon request, to promote in the course of its technical assistance activities the speedy ratification and full implementation of that Convention;
10- تحثّ الدول الأعضاء على النظر في التبكير بالتوقيع والتصديق على الاتفاقية الدولية لقمع أعمال الإرهاب النووي،() وتطلب إلى مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة أن يقوم في سياق أنشطته الخاصة بالمساعدة التقنية، عند الطلب، بالترويج للإسراع بالتصديق على تلك الاتفاقية ولتنفيذها تنفيذا تاما؛

5. Recognizes the efforts made by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime to assist Member States in developing abilities and strengthening their capacity to prevent and combat kidnapping, and requests the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime to continue developing tools for providing technical assistance and cooperation to effectively counter this growing serious crime;

Encourages Member States to promote, in accordance with Commission on Narcotic Drugs resolutions 53/4 and 54/6, the adequate availability of internationally controlled narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances for medical and scientific purposes while preventing their diversion and abuse, and requests the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime and the International Narcotics Control Board to continue their efforts in that regard;

Encourages the Economic Community of West African States to pursue the implementation of the Regional Action Plan to Address the Growing Problem of Illicit Drug Trafficking, Organized Crime and Drug Abuse in West Africa, and requests the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime to further strengthen its efforts to support the Economic Community of West African States through its regional programme for West Africa for the period 2010-2014;
1- تشجِّع الجماعةَ الاقتصادية لدول غرب أفريقيا على مواصلة تنفيذ خطة العمل الإقليمية للتصدِّي لتنامي مشكلة الاتجار غير المشروع بالمخدِّرات والجريمة المنظمة وتعاطي المخدِّرات في غرب أفريقيا، وتطلب إلى مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدِّرات والجريمة أن يواصل تعزيز جهوده الرامية إلى دعم الجماعة الاقتصادية لدول غرب أفريقيا عن طريق برنامجه الإقليمي لغرب أفريقيا للفترة 2010-2014؛
