5 - تشجع أيضا الدول الأعضاء على أن تداوم على جمع بيانات موثوقة وقابلة للمقارنة ومناسبة، ومبوبة حسب السن والجنس، لاستخدامها في قياس ما يحرز من تقدم في تنفيذ ورصد برنامج العمل العالمي للشباب، وتطلب إلى منظومة الأمم المتحدة أن تدعم الجهود الوطنية في هذا الصدد بشكل كامل بناء على طلب الدول الأعضاء؛

19. Welcomes significant progress, achievements and outcomes in the affected countries, and requests the United Nations system to continue to provide its support to those countries as efforts are being mainstreamed into long-term development assistance projects and programmes.
19 - ترحب بما تحقق من تقدم وإنجازات ونتائج مهمة في البلدان المتضررة وتطلب إلى منظومة الأمم المتحدة مواصلة دعمها لتلك البلدان في وقت يجري فيه إدماج الجهود المبذولة في مشاريع وبرامج طويلة الأجل للمساعدة الإنمائية.

Encourages partnerships with subregional, regional and international networks and research facilities and other relevant institutions, public and private, to optimize research efforts, facilitate cost-sharing and achieve mutual gains, and requests the United Nations system to assist in this regard;
13 - تشجع على إقامة الشراكات مع الشبكات ومرافق البحث دون الإقليمية والإقليمية والدولية وسائر المؤسسات ذات الصلة، العامة منها والخاصة، للوصول بجهود البحث إلى مستواها الأمثل وتيسير تقاسم التكاليف وتحقيق مكاسب متبادلة، وتطلب إلى منظومة الأمم المتحدة تقديم المساعدة في هذا الشأن؛

Recalls that the Security Council has the primary responsibility for the maintenance of international peace and security, and requests the United Nations system to intensify its assistance to the African Union, as appropriate, in strengthening the African peace and security architecture, including the institutional and operational capacity of its Peace and Security Council, and in coordinating with other international partners when needed;
