Condemns those activities of foreign economic and other interests in the colonial and Non-Self-Governing Territories which are impeding the implementation of the Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples, contained in General Assembly resolution 1514 (XV), and the efforts to eliminate colonialism, apartheid and racial discrimination;
٤ - تدين أنشطة المصالح اﻷجنبية، الاقتصادية وغيرها، العاملة في اﻷقاليم المستعمرة وغير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي التي تعوق تنفيذ إعلان منح الاستقلال للبلدان والشعوب المستعمرة، الوارد في قرار الجمعية العامة ١٥١٤ )د - ١٥(، وتعرقل الجهود الرامية الى القضاء على الاستعمار والفصل العنصري والتمييز العنصري؛

٥ - تدين أنشطة المصالح اﻷجنبية الاقتصادية وغيرها من المصالح العاملة في اﻷقاليم المستعمرة التي تعوق تنفيذ إعــلان منــح الاستقــلال للبلــدان والشعوب المستعمرة، الوارد في قرار الجمعية العامة ٤١٥١ )د - ٥١( وتعرقل الجهود الرامية الى القضاء على الاستعمار والفصل العنصري والتمييز العنصري؛
