62. As for the external debt issue, the developing countries must renew their efforts to create an infrastructure that would encourage foreign investment and promote sustainable economic development.
٦٢ - وفيما يتعلق بمشكلة الدين الخارجي، ينبغي للبلدان النامية أن تبذل جهودا جديدة ﻹنشاء هياكل أساسية من شأنها جذب الاستثمارات اﻷجنبية وتعزيز التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة.

18- ينبغي للدول توطيد الدعم، بما في ذلك، حسب الاقتضاء، توفير موارد مالية جديدة وإضافية لبرامج التنمية البديلة والقضاء على المحاصيل غير المشروعة التي تضطلع بها البلدان، وبخاصة في أفريقيا، المتأثرة بزراعة القنّب وخشخاش الأفيون وشجيرة الكوكا على نحو غير مشروع، وخصوصا البرامج الوطنية التي تسعى إلى الحد من التهميش الاجتماعي وتعزيز التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة.
