The secretariat, in collaboration with the Government of Brazil, organized the expert meeting on experiences in using performance indicators for the monitoring and evaluation of capacity-building at the national level from 6 to 7 November 2008 at the South American Copacabana Hotel, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
