4 - وتكفل الدول الأطراف إمكانية اختيار الأطفال المصابين بعاهات في الحواس تعلم لغة الإشارة أو طريقة بريل، حسب الاقتضاء، والحصول على المنهج الدراسي بلغة الإشارة أو طريقة بريل.

States Parties shall ensure that persons with disabilities may access general, tertiary education, vocational training, adult education and lifelong learning on an equal basis with others.

" 4. " 4 - وتكفل الدول الأطراف إمكانية اختيار الأطفال المصابين بإعاقات في الحواس والتواصل تعلم لغة الإشارة أو طريقة بريل، حسب الاقتضاء، والحصول على المنهج الدراسي بلغة الإشارة أو بطريقة بريل أو بطرق بديلة مُعززة للتواصل أو بوسائل أو وسائط أو أشكال تواصل ميسرة أخرى.

3. States Parties shall ensure that where the general education system does not adequately meet the needs of persons with disabilities special and alternative forms of learning should be made available.
3 - وتكفل الدول الأطراف إتاحة أشكال خاصة وبديلة للتعلم() للمعوقين عندما لا يفي نظام التعليم العام باحتياجاتهم على نحو كاف.

States Parties shall ensure that children in detention are treated with humanity and respect for the inherent dignity of the human person and in an age-appropriate manner and are provided with all legal safeguards (Convention on the Rights of the Child, art. 37).
