239. The rights of a disabled person who is working are guaranteed in the Employment Relations Promulgation 2007 and subsection (2) of section 6 provides:

subsection (2) states that “No officer shall deliberately act in a manner calculated to provoke a prisoner.”

subsection (1) provides that a person who engages in terrorist activity or terrorist-linked activity in, or in certain circumstances outside, the State, is guilty of an offence.

subsection (7) makes provision for co-operation in respect of prosecutions in relation to terrorist offences in circumstances where more than one EU Member State may have jurisdiction.

subsection (2) states that every religious community or denomination shall have the right to establish and maintain educational institutions of its own choice and to provide religious instruction for pupils of that community or denomination.
وتنص المادة الفرعية (2) على أن لكل مجموعة أو طائفة دينية الحق في إنشاء وتشغيل مؤسسات تعليمية من اختيارها، وفي تقديم التعليم الديني لتلاميذ تلك المجموعة أو الطائفة.

subsection 6(4) further provides that any banished person in the custody of a senior police officer may be received into and detained in any prison or other suitable place in Malaysia until he is placed for conveyance in accordance with subsection 6(3).
وتنص المادة الفرعية 6 (4) كذلك على أنه يجوز استقبال واحتجاز أي شخص ممنوع من الإقامة في عهدة ضابط شرطة أقدم في أي سجن أو مكان آخر مناسب في ماليزيا إلى أن يتسنى نقله وفقا للمادة الفرعية 6 (3).

subsection (2) further provides that nothing contained in or done under the authority of any law shall be held to be inconsistent with or in contravention of this section to the extent that the law in question authorizes the infliction of any description of punishment that was lawful in Lesotho immediately before the coming into operation of this Constitution.
وتنص المادة الفرعية )٢(، باﻹضافة إلى ذلك، على أنه لا يعتبر ما ورد في أي قانون أو ارتُكب بناء على سلطة أي قانون، منافياً أو مخالفاً لهذه المادة ما دام هذا القانون يجيز فرض أي صنف من العقوبات كان مشروعاً في ليسوتو قبل نفاذ هذا الدستور مباشرة.

subsection 66C(2) provides that if there are reasonable grounds to believe that an entity specified in an order made under the proposed section is engaged in terrorist acts, that entity shall be deemed, with effect from the date of the order, to have been declared as specified entity under section 66B.
وتنص المادة الفرعية 66 جيم (2) على أنه إذا وجدت أسباب معقولة تحمل على الاعتقاد بأن كيانا محددا في أمر صدر بموجب المادة المقترحة قد شارك في ارتكاب أعمال إرهابية، فسيعتبر ذلك الكيان، اعتبارا من تاريخ الأمر، بأنه قد أعلن عنه بوصفه كيانا محددا بموجب المادة 66 باء.
