The Treaty would provide for nuclear disarmament through the gradual eradication of nuclear weapons, within a specified time frame, resulting in their complete, non-discriminatory and verifiable elimination;

Furthermore, the General Assembly called for the urgent commencement of negotiations in the Conference on Disarmament for the early conclusion of a comprehensive convention on nuclear weapons to prohibit their possession, development, production, acquisition, testing, stockpiling, transfer, use or threat of use and to provide for their destruction.
٣ - ودعت الجمعية العامة كذلك إلى بدء المفاوضات على نحو عاجل، خلال مؤتمر نزع السلاح، من أجل الإسراع بإبرام اتفاقية شاملة تتعلق بالأسلحة النووية لحظر امتلاكها واستحداثها وإنتاجها وحيازتها واختبارها وتكديسها ونقلها واستعمالها أو التهديد باستعمالها وتنص على تدميرها.

47. Calls for the urgent commencement of negotiations, in the Conference on Disarmament, for the early conclusion of a comprehensive convention on nuclear weapons to prohibit their possession, development, production, acquisition, testing, stockpiling, transfer, use or threat of use, and to provide for their destruction.
47 - وتدعو إلى التعجيل ببدء المفاوضات، خلال مؤتمر نزع السلاح، من أجل الإسراع بإبرام اتفاقية شاملة بشأن الأسلحة النووية تحظر امتلاكها وتطويرها وإنتاجها وحيازتها واختبارها وتخزينها ونقلها واستخدامها أو التهديد باستخدامها وتنص على تدميرها.

It also calls for the full implementation of resolution 68/32, in particular its call for the urgent commencement of negotiations in the Conference on Disarmament for the early conclusion of a comprehensive convention on nuclear weapons to prohibit their possession, development, production, acquisition, testing, stockpiling, transfer, use or threat of use and to provide for their destruction.
وتدعو أيضا إلى تنفيذ القرار 68/32 تنفيذا كاملا، ولا سيما دعوة القرار إلى بدء المفاوضات على نحو عاجل، خلال مؤتمر نزع السلاح، من أجل الإسراع بإبرام اتفاقية شاملة تتعلق بالأسلحة النووية لحظر امتلاكها واستحداثها وإنتاجها وحيازتها واختبارها وتكديسها ونقلها واستعمالها أو التهديد باستعمالها وتنص على تدميرها.

And at last, the final stage would offer negotiations on a global treaty banning nuclear weapons and providing for their destruction under effective international control.
