Aware of the special circumstances of the geographical location, size and economic conditions of each Territory, and bearing in mind the need to promote the stability, diversification and strengthening of the economy of each Territory,
وإذ تدرك أن لكل إقليم ظروفا خاصة من حيث الموقع الجغرافي والحجم والأحوال الاقتصادية، وإذ تضع في اعتبارها ضرورة تعزيز استقرار الاقتصاد وتنويعه وتقويته في كل إقليم،

(c) The need to promote the stability, diversification and strengthening of the economies of the Territories, taking into account the special circumstances relating to their geographical location, size and economic conditions, as well as their vulnerability to natural disasters and environmental degradation;
(ج) ضرورة تعزيز استقرار الاقتصاد وتنويعه وتقويته في الأقاليم مع مراعاة ظروفها الخاصة من حيث الموقع الجغرافي والحجم والأحوال الاقتصادية وقلة مناعتها أمام الكوارث الطبيعية والتدهور البيئي؛
