CRC was deeply concerned about child victims of crimes covered by OP-CRC-SC and recommended that Kyrgyzstan ensure that child victims of exploitation and abuse are neither criminalized nor penalized and that all possible measures be taken to avoid the stigmatization and social marginalization of these children.
17- وأعربت لجنة حقوق الطفل عن بالغ القلق إزاء الأطفال ضحايا الجرائم التي يغطيها البروتوكول الاختياري لاتفاقية حقوق الطفل المتعلق ببيع الأطفال وبغاء الأطفال واستغلال الأطفال في المواد الإباحية وأوصت بأن تكفل قيرغيزستان عدم تجريم الأطفال ضحايا الاستغلال والإساءة وعدم مقاضاتهم واتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لتفادي وصم هؤلاء الأطفال وتهميشهم اجتماعياً(44).
