I. MEASURES TO PREVENT THE ILLICIT MANUFACTURE, IMPORT, EXPORT, TRAFFICKING and distribution OF PRECURSORS USED IN THE ILLICIT MANUFACTURE OF NARCOTIC DRUGS AND PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES
التدابير الرامية الى منع صنع السلائف المستخدمة في الصنع غير المشروع للمخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية واستيراد تلك السلائف وتصديرها والاتجار بها وتوزيعها على نحو غير مشروع

4. Extensive efforts have been and continue to be made by Governments at all levels to suppress the illicit production, trafficking and distribution of drugs.
٤ - ما انفكت الحكومات تبذل جهودا مكثفة، على جميع المستويات، ﻹيقاف إنتاج المخدرات والاتجار بها وتوزيعها على نحو غير مشروع.

4. Extensive efforts have been and continue to be made by Governments at all levels to suppress the illicit production, trafficking and distribution of drugs.
٤ - ما انفكت الحكومات تبذل جهودا واسعة النطاق، على كافة المستويات، ﻹيقاف إنتاج المخدرات والاتجار بها وتوزيعها على نحو غير مشروع.

1. Welcome with appreciation the special session of the General Assembly devoted to the fight against the illicit production, sale, demand, traffic and distribution of narcotic drugs and psychotropic SUBSTANCES AND related activities, to be held in New York from 8 to 10 June 1998;
١ - يرحبون مع التقدير بالدورة الاستثنائية للجمعية العامة المكرسة لمكافحة انتاج المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية وبيعها والطلب عليها والاتجار بها وتوزيعها على نحو غير مشروع وما يتصل بذلك من أنشطة، في نيويورك في الفترة من ٨ إلى ١٠ حزيران/يونيه عام ١٩٩٨؛

Efforts should be focused on coordinating actions and developing new strategies that will put an effective end to the expansion of the illicit production, sale, demand, traffic and distribution of narcotic drugs and psychotropic SUBSTANCES AND related activities.
وينبغي أن تتركز الجهود على تنسيق اﻷعمال ووضع استراتيجيات جديدة من شأنها أن تضع نهاية فعلية للتوسع في إنتاج المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية وبيعها والطلب عليها والاتجار بها وتوزيعها على نحو غير مشروع وما يتصل بذلك من أنشطة.

The Macedonian Government is fully aware that the illicit production, sale, demand, traffic and distribution of narcotic drugs and psychotropic SUBSTANCES AND related activities, and in particular corruption and money-laundering activities, could negatively affect the development of a democratic civil society.
إن حكومة مقدونيا تدرك تماما أن إنتاج العقاقير المخدرة والمؤثــرات العقليــة وبيعها وطلبها والاتجار بها وتوزيعها على نحو غير مشروع وما يتصل بذلــك من أنشطة، لا سيما الفساد وأنشطة غسل اﻷمــوال، يمكــن أن تؤثر سلبيا على نمو مجتمع مدني ديمقراطي.
