The Committee reiterates its previous recommendations and the recommendations of the Special Rapporteur on torture on the report on his visit to Indonesia, that the State party should, without delay, include a definition of torture in its current penal legislation in full conformity with article 1 of the Convention.

III. Conclusions AND RECOMMENDATIONS BY THE SPECIAL RAPPORTEUR on the right to freedom of opinion and expression
ثالثا - استنتاجات وتوصيات المقرر الخاص المعني بالحـق في حرية الرأي والتعبير

In light of the previous recommendations made by the Committee (para. 14) as well as by the Special Rapporteur on the human rights of migrants, following his mission to Japan in 2011 (A/HRC/17/33/Add.3, para. 82), the State party should:
في ضوء التوصيات التي قدمتها اللجنة سابقاً (الفقرة 14) وتوصيات المقرر الخاص المعني بحقوق الإنسان للمهاجرين عقب بعثته إلى اليابان في عام 2011 (A/HRC/17/33/Add.3، الفقرة 82)، يتعين على الدولة الطرف القيام بما يلي:

The representative of the Republic of Korea expressed his full support for the Special Rapporteur's independence and praised his report, referring to it as an opportunity to assess the situation concerning the human rights of migrants in that country and to follow up on the conclusions and recommendations made by the Special Rapporteur.
