Recalling the Guidelines for the Alternative Care of Children, annexed to General Assembly resolution 64/142 of 20 December 2009, the Committee recommends that the State party:

It recommends that the State party intensify its efforts to ensure de facto access to affordable, good quality and timely health care and medical treatment for all segments of the population, including persons living in rural and remote areas, as well as disadvantaged and marginalized individuals and groups.
وتوصي الدولةَ الطرفَ بأن تكثف جهودها من أجل ضمان إمكانية الحصول فعلياً على خدمات الرعاية الصحية والعلاج الطبي الجيدة بتكلفة مقدور عليها وفي الوقت المناسب لجميع قطاعات السكان، بمن فيهم من يعيشون في المناطق الريفية والنائية وكذلك المحرومون والمهمشون أفراداً وجماعات.

It recommends that the State party provide it with statistical data on the number of victims, including victims of involuntary sterilization and surgical castration as well as ill-treatment in medical and psychiatric settings, violent attacks against ethnic minorities, trafficking and domestic and sexual violence, who have received compensation and other forms of assistance.
وتوصي الدولةَ الطرفَ بأن تزودها ببيانات إحصائية بشأن عدد الضحايا الذين حصلوا على التعويض وغيره من أشكال المساعدة، بمن فيهم ضحايا التعقيم القسري والإخصاء الجراحي وسوء المعاملة في مؤسسات الرعاية الطبية وعلاج الأمراض النفسية والاعتداءات العنيفة على الأقليات الإثنية والاتجار والعنف المنزلي والجنسي.

44. The Committee reiterates that denial of reasonable accommodation constitutes discrimination and that the duty to provide reasonable accommodation is immediately applicable and not subject to progressive realization. It recommends that the State party:
