The notice shall contain, at a minimum, the name and address of the procuring entity, a brief description of the services to be procured, the means of obtaining the request for proposals or prequalification documents and the price, if any, charged for the request for proposals or for the prequalification documents.

The reasons for the suggestion were noted, in particular that in some jurisdictions standard qualifications requirements were found in procurement regulations and the prequalification documents cross-referred to those regulations instead of restating the requirements.

(4) The procuring entity shall respond to any request by a supplier or contractor for clarification of the prequalification documents that is received by the procuring entity within a reasonable time prior to the deadline for the submission of applications to prequalify.
)٤( ترد الجهة المشترية على أي طلب يقدمه مورد أو مقاول لتوضيح وثائق التأهيل وتتلقاه الجهة المشترية في غضون فترة معقولة قبل الموعد النهائي لتقديم طلبات التأهيل.
