Except in compliance with article 7 of the Optional Protocol, all documents and proceedings of the Committee relating to the conduct of an inquiry under article 6 of the Optional Protocol shall be confidential.
باستثناء ما هو مرتبط بالامتثال للمادة 7 من البروتوكول الاختياري، تكون جميع وثائق اللجنة وإجراءاتها المتعلقة بإجراء التحري المنصوص عليه في المادة 6 من البروتوكول الاختياري سرّيةً.

1. Except in compliance with the obligations of the Committee under article 12 of the Optional Protocol, all documents and proceedings of the Committee relating to the conduct of the inquiry under article 8 of the Optional Protocol shall be confidential.
1- باستثناء التقيد بالتزامات اللجنة بموجب المادة 12 من البروتوكول الاختياري، تكون جميع وثائق اللجنة وإجراءاتها المتعلقة بإجراء التحري المنصوص عليه في المادة 8 من البروتوكول الاختياري مشمولة بالسرية.

ووفقا لأحكام المادتين 80 و 81 من القواعد الإجرائية للجنة، فإن كل وثائق اللجنة وإجراءاتها المتصلة بمهامها بموجب المادة 8 من البروتوكول الاختياري سرية، كما أن كل الاجتماعات المتعلقة بالإجراءات بموجب تلك المادة مغلقة.

22 - ووفقا للمادتين 80 و 81 من النظام الداخلي للجنة تكون جميع وثائق اللجنة وإجراءاتها المتعلقة بوظائفها المنصوص عليها في المادة 8 من النظام الداخلي مشمولة بالسرية، وتكون جميع اجتماعاتها المتعلقة بما تقوم به من إجراءات بموجب تلك المادة اجتماعات مغلقة.

All documents and proceedings of the Committee relating to the conduct of the inquiry shall remain confidential, without prejudice to the provisions of article 13, paragraph 6, of the Protocol.
1- تُحاط جميع وثائق اللجنة وإجراءاتها المتعلقة بإجراء التحقيق بالسرية، دون الإخلال بأحكام الفقرة 6 من المادة 13 من البروتوكول.

1. All documents and proceedings of the Committee relating to the conduct of the inquiry shall remain confidential, without prejudice to the provisions of article 11, paragraph 7 of the Optional Protocol.
1- تظل جميع وثائق اللجنة وإجراءاتها المتعلقة بإجراء التحري محاطة بصفة السرية، دون المساس بأحكام الفقرة 7 من المادة 11 من البروتوكول الاختياري.
