73- ولئن كانت وثيقة التوجيهات التكميلية تعيد إعلان مسؤوليات قديمة العهد، فإن قيمتها الرئيسية تكمن في التذكير بهذه المسؤوليات وتسليط الأضواء عليها، وفي التشديد على مسؤولية إنجازها بصورة فعالة.

The Secretariat may also consider developing a clearinghouse mechanism development toolkit at a later stage to help Parties, regional centres and other stakeholders to build websites and information systems based on the experiences gained with the application of the guidance document referred to in paragraph 18 above.
