(e) Recommended that the General Conference at its fifteenth session consider for approval the outcome document of the informal working group entitled " Strategic Guidance Document " as a basis for the formulation and implementation of medium-term programme frameworks, programme and budgets, and other operational programmes of UNIDO;
(ﻫ) أوصى المؤتمر العام بأن ينظر في دورته الخامسة عشرة في الموافقة على وثيقة النتائج التي توصَّل إليها الفريق العامل غير الرسمي، المعنونة " وثيقة الإرشادات الاستراتيجية " ، باعتبارها أساساً لصوغ وتنفيذ الأطر البرنامجية المتوسطة الأجل ووثائق البرنامج والميزانيتين وسائر البرامج التنفيذية لليونيدو؛

(a) Took note of the final report of the Co-Chairs of the informal working group on the future, including programmes and resources, of UNIDO (IDB.41/24) and in particular the outcome document of the informal working group entitled " Strategic Guidance Document " , as contained in the annex thereto;
(أ) أحاط علماً بالتقرير النهائي من الرئيسين المتشاركين للفريق العامل غير الرسمي المعني بمستقبل اليونيدو، بما في ذلك برامجها ومواردها (IDB.41/24)، ولا سيما وثيقة النتائج التي توصَّل إليها الفريق العامل غير الرسمي، المعنونة " وثيقة الإرشادات الاستراتيجية " والواردة في مرفق تلك الوثيقة؛

(b) Requested the Director General, when implementing the extended medium-term programme framework (MTPF), to take into account, inter alia, the recommendations of the outcome document of the informal working group entitled " Strategic Guidance Document " , and brief Member States accordingly;
(ب) طلب إلى المدير العام أن يضع في اعتباره، عند تنفيذ الإطار البرنامجي المتوسط الأجل الموسَّع، أموراً منها التوصيات الواردة في وثيقة النتائج التي توصَّل إليها الفريق العامل غير الرسمي، المعنونة " وثيقة الإرشادات الاستراتيجية " ، وأن يحيط الدول الأعضاء علما بذلك؛

(c) Also requested the Director General to incorporate the recommendations of the outcome document of the informal working group entitled " Strategic Guidance Document " when formulating and implementing the MTPF, 2016-2019;

The Conference also requested that the draft MTPF take into account the quadrennial comprehensive policy review of operational activities for development of the United Nations (QCPR), and the recommendations of the outcome document of the informal working group on the future, including programmes and resources, of UNIDO, entitled " Strategic Guidance Document " .
