`2` إجراءات تتعلق بإتاحة وثيقة تصميم المشاريع المتصلة بالآلية للجمهور، وبتلقي التعليقات، كما جاء ذكره في الفقرة 40(ب) و(ج) من طرائق وإجراءات الآلية (المرفق 7 لتقرير الاجتماع التاسع للمجلس التنفيذي)؛

The elaboration of the Article 6 project design document, for consideration by the COP/MOP, taking into consideration Appendix B of the Annex on modalities and procedures for a clean development mechanism and giving consideration to relevant work of the executive board of the CDM, as appropriate;
(ه) وضع وثيقة تصميم المشاريع في إطار المادة 6 لكي ينظر فيها مؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف، مع مراعاة التذييل باء من المرفق المتعلق بطرائق وإجراءات آلية التنمية النظيفة ومراعاة الأعمال ذات الصلة التي يقوم بها المجلس التنفيذي لآلية التنمية النظيفة، حسب الاقتضاء؛

In the latter case, the accredited independent entity (AIE) selected by the project participants to perform the determination in accordance with paragraph 33 of the JI guidelines shall confirm that the PDD submitted provides all the information covered by the draft JI PDD form and related JISC guidance.

An interactive interface to facilitate the implementation of the " Procedures on public availability of the CDM project design document (PDD) and for receiving comments as referred to in paragraph 40 (b) and (c) of the CDM modalities and procedures " allowing for AE/DOEs to submit information required under the procedure and for the automatic processing of such information.
(و) تواصل تفاعلي لتيسير تنفيذ " إجراءات تتعلق بإتاحة وثيقة تصميم المشاريع المتصلة بالآلية للجمهور، وبتلقي التعليقات، كما جاء ذكر ذلك في الفقرة 40 (ب) و(ج) من طرائق وإجراءات الآلية " مما يمكن الكيانات الطالبة/الكيانات التشغيلية المعينة من تقديم المعلومات المطلوبة في إطار الإجراء ويتيح التجهيز التلقائي لهذه المعلومات.

With regard to required information on Parties involved in JI projects, the JISC clarified that at least one written project approval by a Party involved other than the host Party has to be provided to the AIE, and made available to the secretariat by the AIE when submitting the determination report regarding the PDD for publication.
8- وفيما يتصل بالمعلومات المطلوبة عن الأطراف المعنية بمشاريع التنفيذ المشترك، أشارت لجنة الإشراف إلى ضرورة أن يقدم طرف معني غير الطرف المستضيف موافقته الكتابية على مشروع واحد على الأقل إلى الكيان المستقل المعتمد، كي يحيلها إلى الأمانة لدى تقديم تقرير الاستنتاجات بشأن وثيقة تصميم المشاريع لغرض النشر.
