22- يتولى الكيان التشغيلي المعين الذي اختاره المشاركون في المشروع للمصادقة على نشاط المشروع، نظراً لخضوعه لارتباط تعاقدي معهم، استعراض وثيقة تصميم المشروع وأية وثائق دعم للتأكد من استيفاء الشروط التالية:

37- يتولى الكيان التشغيلي المعين الذي اختاره المشتركون في المشروع للمصادقة على نشاط مشروع، والذي يخضع لترتيب تعاقدي معهم، استعراض وثيقة تصميم المشروع وأية وثائق داعمة لها للتثبت من الوفاء بالاشتراطات التالية:

29- ++ يتيح الكيان المستقل المعتمد وثيقة تصميم المشروع على عامة الجمهور عن طريق الأمانة مع مراعاة أحكام السرية الواردة في الفقرة 37 أدناه، ويتلقى تعليقات من الأطراف وأصحاب المصلحة والمراقبين المعتمدين لدى اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة الإطارية بشأن تغير المناخ بشأن وثيقة تصميم المشروع وأية معلومات داعمة لمدة 30 يوما من التاريخ الذي أتيحت فيه وثيقة تصميم المشروع على عامة الجمهور.
