Croatia can no longer be forced to accept the fourth extension of the UNPROFOR mandate if the mission of the peace-keeping forces is not specified in more resolute terms, and if the Serbs are not given an ultimatum to implement the Vance Plan and all relevant Security Council resolutions.
وكرواتيا لا يمكن أن تجبر بعد اليوم على قبول التمديد الرابع لولاية قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية اذا لم تحدد مهمة قوات حفظ السلم بصيغة أكثر حزما، واذا لم يوجه للصربيين إنذارا بضرورة تنفيذ خطة فانس وجميع قرارات مجلس اﻷمن ذات الصلة.

1. By its resolution 847 (1993) of 30 June 1993, the Security Council decided to extend the mandate of the United Nations Protection Force (UNPROFOR) for an additional interim period terminating on 30 September 1993, and requested the Secretary-General to report after one month on progress towards implementation of the United Nations peace-keeping plan for Croatia and all relevant Security Council resolutions.
١ - قرر مجلس اﻷمن بقراره ٨٤٧ ١٩٩٣)( المؤرخ ٣٠ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٣، تمديد ولاية قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية لفترة مؤقتة اضافية تنتهي في ٣٠ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٣، وطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم اليه بعد انقضاء شهر تقريرا عن التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ خطة اﻷمم المتحدة لحفظ السلم في كرواتيا وجميع قرارات مجلس اﻷمن ذات الصلة.
