In the present report, it is my intention to brief the Council on the progress made regarding the practical and legal arrangements for the seat of the Tribunal, its financing, the status of contributions in funds and personnel and the activities of its various organs.
وأود في هذا التقرير إحاطة المجلس علما بالتقدم المحرز فيما يتعلق بالترتيبات العملية والقانونية الخاصة بالمحكمة، وحالة المساهمات باﻷموال والموظفين، وأنشطة هيئاتها المختلفة.

The Advisory Committee also recommends that the next progress report on the status of the capital master plan project include detailed information on all aspects of the project, including its schedule, actual and projected costs, associated costs, the status of contributions, the working capital reserve, the status of the Advisory Board and the letter of credit.
وتوصي اللجنة الاستشارية أيضا بأن يتضمن التقرير المرحلي المقبل عن حالة مشروع المخطط العام لتجديد مباني المقر معلومات مفصلة عن جميع جوانب المشروع، بما في ذلك جدول تنفيذه، وتكاليفه الفعلية والمتوقعة والتكاليف المتصلة به وحالة المساهمات واحتياطي رأس المال المتداول وحالة المجلس الاستشاري وخطاب الاعتماد.

11. Requests the Secretary-General to submit to the Economic and Social Council at its substantive session of 2008 a report on the implementation of the present resolution, including details on the financial implications, and the status of contributions to and the financial situation of the Institute.

تقرير ثالث لﻷمين العام مؤرخ ٢٥ آب/أغسطس ١٩٩٥ (S/1995/741) مقدم عملا بالفقرة ٥ من قرار مجلس اﻷمن ٩٥٥ )١٩٩٤(، فيما يتعلق بما أحرز من تقدم بالنسبة للترتيبات العملية والقانونية الخاصة بالمحكمة الدولية لرواندا، وتمويلها، وحالة المساهمات باﻷموال والموظفين، وأنشطة هيئاتها المختلفة.

At its sixty-fourth session, the General Assembly requested the Secretary-General to continue to report on the status of the project, the schedule, the projected completion cost, the status of contributions, the working capital reserve, the status of the advisory board and the letter of credit in his eighth annual progress report, as well as to include therein the information requested in the resolution (resolution 64/228).
وفي الدورة الرابعة والستين، طلبت الجمعية العامة من الأمين العام أن يواصل الإبلاغ في تقريره المرحلي السنوي الثامن عن حالة المشروع وجدوله الزمني والتكاليف المتوقعة لإنجازه وحالة المساهمات واحتياطي رأس المال المتداول ووضع المجلس الاستشاري وخطاب الاعتماد وأن يدرج في التقرير المعلومات المطلوبة في القرار (القرار 64/228)؛

The SBI took note of the information relating to income and budget performance as at 30 June 2006 (FCCC/SBI/2006/15) and the status of contributions as at 15 October 2006 (FCCC/SBI/2006/INF.6) and requested the secretariat to provide, in future reports, a more detailed overview of the status of income received and expenditures incurred for each activity covered by supplementary funds.
123- وأحاطت الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ علماً بالمعلومات المتعلقة بالإيرادات وأداء الميزانية حسب الوضع في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2006 (FCCC/SBI/2006/15) وحالة المساهمات في 15 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2006 (FCCC/SBI/2006/INF.6) وطلبت إلى الأمانة أن تقدم في تقارير مستقبلية استعراضاً أكثر تفصيلاً لحالة الإيرادات المتلقاة والنفقات المتكبدة فيما يخص كل نشاط تغطيه الصناديق التكميلية.
