By adhering to the Court's ruling, the Governments had underscored their commitment to international peace and security and their belief that in situations of State succession, the status of natural persons and their right to a nationality must be protected in keeping with international law and international humanitarian law.
وقال إنه بامتثال الحكم الصادر عن المحكمة، تكون الحكومتان قد أكدتا على التزامهما بالسلم والأمن الدوليين وعلى إيمانهما بأن وضع الأشخاص الطبيعيين وحقهم في الحصول على الجنسية، في أحوال خلافة الدول، تجب المحافظة عليهما مما ينسجم مع القانون الدولي والقانون الإنساني الدولي.

268. The Committee urges the State party to recognize the existing Arab Bedouin villages, the land rights of the inhabitants and their right to basic services, including water.
268- وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على الاعتراف بالقرى البدوية العربية القائمة، وبحقوق السكان في أرضهم وحقهم في الحصول على خدمات أساسية منها الماء.

42. The Committee urges the State party to recognize the existing Arab Bedouin villages, the land rights of the inhabitants and their right to basic services, including water.
٢٤- وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على الاعتراف بالقرى البدوية العربية القائمة، وبحقوق السكان في أرضهم وحقهم في الحصول على خدمات أساسية منها الماء.

It hinders their well-being and creates obstacles to sustainable development and the full enjoyment of their human rights, including the right of all individuals to a standard of living adequate for their health and well-being and their right to food, medical care and necessary social services.
وهما يحولان دون رفاهيتهم ويوجدان عقبات أمام التنمية المستدامة والتمتع التام بحقوق الإنسان، بما في ذلك حق جميع الأفراد في مستوى معيشي ملائم لصحتهم ورفاهيتهم وحقهم في الحصول على الغذاء، والرعاية الصحية والخدمات الاجتماعية الضرورية.

The same paragraph further indicates that any such unilateral measure hinders the well-being of the affected people and creates obstacles to the full enjoyment of their human rights, including the right of everyone to a standard of living adequate for their health and well-being and their right to food, medical care and the necessary social services.
وتشير نفس الفقرة كذلك إلى أن أي تدابير انفرادية من هذا القبيل تحول دون النهوض بأحوال الشعب المتأثر وتوجد عوائق دون تمتعه الكامل بحقوق الإنسان، بما فيها حق الجميع في التمتع بمستوى من المعيشة ملائم لصحتهم ورفاههم، وحقهم في الحصول على غذاء والرعاية الصحية والخدمات الاجتماعية الضرورية.

All children must have access to evidence-based comprehensive sexuality education and life-skills training as an integral part of their right to health and their right to education geared at preparing them for responsible life in a free society.
ويتعين أن يُتاح لجميع الأطفال إمكانية الحصول على منهج تعليمي شامل عن الجنس يقوم على الأدلة، والتدريب على المهارات اللازمة للحياة كجزء لا يتجزأ من حقهم في التمتع بالصحة، وحقهم في الحصول على التعليم المهيأ لإعدادهم لأن يعيشوا حياتهم ملتزمين بروح المسولية في مجتمع ينعم بالحرية.

وإذ تؤكد أيضا قرار مجلس حقوق الإنسان 20/1 المؤرخ 5 تموز/يوليه 2012 المعنون " الاتجار بالأشخاص، ولا سيما النساء والأطفال: توفير سبل انتصاف فعالة للأشخاص المتجر بهم وحقهم في الحصول على سبيل انتصاف فعال من انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان " () وقرارات المجلس الأخرى ذات الصلة بموضوع الاتجار بالأشخاص()،

The use of coercive economic measures and unilateral sanctions seriously affects the economic and social development of many developing countries, hinders the well-being of their population and creates obstacles to the enjoyment of their human rights, including the right to development, the right of everyone to a standard of living adequate for their health and well-being, and their right to food, medical care and the necessary social services.
2- إن استخدام تدابير اقتصادية قسرية وجزاءات أحادية الطرف يؤثر تأثيراً خطيراً على التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للبلدان النامية، ويعوق رفاه سكانها ويخلق عقبات أمام تمتعهم بحقوقهم الإنسانية، بما في ذلك الحق في التنمية، وحق الجميع في مستوى معيشي ملائم حرصاً على صحتهم ورفاههم، وحقهم في الحصول على الغذاء والرعاية الطبية والخدمات الاجتماعية الضرورية.
