Now therefore the United Nations and the Royal Government of Cambodia have agreed as follows:

The United Nations and the Royal Government of Cambodia agree that the scope of this pardon is a matter to be decided by the Extraordinary Chambers.
وتتفق الأمم المتحدة وحكومة كمبوديا الملكية على أن نطاق هذا العفو هو مسألة تبت فيها الدائرتان الاستثنائيتان.

The Royal Government of Cambodia solemnly pledges that it will scrupulously respect the relevant clauses of articles 1 and 3 of Part III of the Agreement.

Welcoming the efforts of the SecretaryGeneral and the Royal Government of Cambodia to conclude the negotiation of the draft Agreement between the United Nations and the Royal Government of Cambodia concerning the Prosecution under Cambodian Law of Crimes Committed during the Period of Democratic Kampuchea contained in the annex to the present resolution,
وإذ ترحب بالجهود التي بذلها الأمين العام وحكومة كمبوديا الملكية لاختتام التفاوض على مشروع الاتفاق بين الأمم المتحدة وحكومة كمبوديا الملكية بشأن المقاضاة بموجب القانون الكمبودي على الجرائم المرتكبة خلال فترة نظام كمبوتشيا الديمقراطية الوارد في مرفق هذا القرار،

1. Approves the draft Agreement between the United Nations and the Royal Government of Cambodia concerning the Prosecution under Cambodian Law of Crimes Committed during the Period of Democratic Kampuchea contained in the annex to the present resolution;
1 - توافق على مشروع الاتفاق بين الأمم المتحدة وحكومة كمبوديا الملكية بشأن المقاضاة بموجب القانون الكمبودي على الجرائم المرتكبة خلال فترة نظام كمبوتشيا الديمقراطية الوارد في مرفق هذا القرار؛

2. Urges the SecretaryGeneral and the Royal Government of Cambodia to take all the measures necessary to allow the draft Agreement referred to in paragraph 1 to enter into force, and to implement it fully after its entry into force;
2 - تحث الأمين العام وحكومة كمبوديا الملكية على اتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لإتاحة بدء نفاذ مشروع الاتفاق المشار إليه في الفقرة 1 وتطبيقه بالكامل بعد بدء نفاذه؛

The Royal Government of Cambodia, presided over by His Royal Highness Samdech Krom Preah Norodom Ranariddh and His Excellency Samdech Hun Sen, was born of a free and fair election organized and supervised by the United Nations in May 1993.
