(b) To accredit to the first and subsequent sessions of the Conference of the Parties those additional non-governmental organizations that the Secretariat may recommend for accreditation, as listed in annex II to the present decision;
)ب( أن يعتمد لدورة مؤتمر اﻷطراف اﻷولى ودوراته اللاحقة المنظمات غير الحكومية اﻹضافية التي قد توصي اﻷمانة العامة باعتمادها، على النحو الوارد في المرفق الثاني لهذا المقرر؛

(b) To accredit to the first and subsequent sessions of the Conference of the Parties those additional non-governmental organizations that the Permanent Secretariat may recommend for accreditation, as listed in annex I to the present decision;

Requests the Executive Board, based on its relevant experience, to make recommendations to the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol for consideration at its fifth and subsequent sessions for improving the efficiency of the operation of the clean development mechanism;
3- يطلب إلى المجلس التنفيذي أن يقدم، بناءً على تجربته ذات الصلة، توصيات إلى مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو لكي ينظر فيها في دورته الخامسة ودوراته اللاحقة لتحسين كفاءة عمل آلية التنمية النظيفة؛

(e) To accord observer status at the first and subsequent sessions of the Conference of the Parties to those additional intergovernmental organizations that the Secretariat may recommend to be accorded such status, as listed in annex IV to the present decision;
)ﻫ( أن يمنح مركز المراقب في الدورة اﻷولى لمؤتمر اﻷطراف ودوراته اللاحقة إلى المنظمات الحكومية الدولية اﻹضافية التي قد توصي اﻷمانة العامة بمنحها ذلك المركز، على النحو الوارد في المرفق الرابع لهذا المقرر؛

Requests the Global Environment Facility to report to the Conference of the Parties at its eleventh session (November - December 2005) and subsequent sessions on how the above-mentioned activities have been supported, and the barriers, obstacles and opportunities presented, through:
6- يطلب إلى مرفق البيئة العالمية أن يقدم إلى مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الحادية عشرة (تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر - كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2005) ودوراته اللاحقة تقارير عن طريقة دعمه للأنشطة المذكورة أعلاه، والعوائق والعقبات القائمة والفرص المتاحة، من خلال ما يلي:
