The second Ministerial Meeting of the LDCs was convened during the eighth session of UNCTAD in February 1992. 19/ More recently, ministers and heads of delegations participating in the second part of the thirty-ninth session of the Trade and Development Board, held in March 1993, met to review LDCs' recent development performance, paying particular attention to resource constraints facing them and to the erosion in their trading opportunities.
