ودعت الجمعية العامة كذلك الدول الحائزة للأسلحة النووية وسائر الدول إلى تقديم مساعدتها فيما يتعلق بإنشاء المنطقة وإلى الامتناع، في الوقت نفسه، عن أي عمل يتعارض مع هذا القرار نصا وروحا.
