سابعا - الموقف تجاه وضع مبادئ توجيهية لﻷمم المتحدة لتطوير التعاونيات

Governments of this group of countries reported that they would support and contribute to elaborating United Nations guidelines.
وذكرت حكومات هذه المجموعة من البلدان أنها ستدعم وضع مبادئ توجيهية لﻷمم المتحدة وستسهم فيه.

61. Most of the cooperative organizations that responded to the questionnaire noted that they cannot specify the position of their Governments on elaborating United Nations guidelines aimed at creating a supporting environment for the development of cooperatives.
٦١ - وأشارت معظم المنظمات التعاونية التي ردت على الاستبيان إلى أنه ليس بوسعها أن تحدد موقف حكوماتها من وضع مبادئ توجيهية لﻷمم المتحدة ترمي إلى تهيئة بيئة داعمة لتطوير التعاونيات.

56. The questionnaire of the Secretary-General transmitted to the Member States sought, inter alia, to ascertain government positions regarding the desirability and feasibility of elaborating United Nations guidelines aimed at creating a supportive environment for the development of cooperatives and their willingness to participate in and contribute to the elaboration of such guidelines.
٥٦ - استهدف الاستبيان الذي أرسله اﻷمين العام إلى الدول اﻷعضاء، في جملة أمور، التحقق من مواقف الحكومات إزاء استصواب جدوى وضع مبادئ توجيهية لﻷمم المتحدة ترمي إلى تهيئة بيئة داعمة لتطوير التعاونيات ومدى استعداد الحكومات للمشاركة واﻹسهام في وضع هذه المبادئ.

:: Participated in the eighteenth session of the Human Rights Council and proposed the development of United Nations guidelines concerning the protection of children's rights in massive disasters and respect for children's rights in reconstruction processes.

Also requests the Secretary-General to ascertain, in cooperation with the Committee for the Promotion and Advancement of Cooperatives, the desirability and feasibility of elaborating United Nations guidelines aimed at creating a supportive environment for the development of cooperatives and to include his findings and recommendations in his report referred to in paragraph 5 of the present resolution.
٦ - تطلب أيضا إلى اﻷمين العام أن يتأكد، بالتعاون مع لجنة تعزيز التعاونيات والنهوض بها، من استصواب وجدوى وضع مبادئ توجيهية لﻷمم المتحدة ترمي إلى تهيئة بيئة داعمة لتطوير التعاونيات وإدراج استنتاجاته وتوصياته في تقريره المشار إليه في الفقرة ٥ من هذا القرار.

10. Lastly, the report of the Secretary-General on the status and role of cooperatives (A/54/57) contained the results of the Secretary-General’s survey, carried out in cooperation with the Committee for the Promotion and Advancement of Cooperatives, on the desirability and feasibility of elaborating United Nations guidelines aimed at creating a supportive environment for the development of cooperatives.
١٠ - وأخيرا، فإن تقرير اﻷمين العام عن مركز التعاونيات ودورها )A/54/57( يتضمن نتائج الدراسة الاستقصائية التي قام بها اﻷمين العام، بالتعاون مع لجنة تعزيز التعاونيات والنهوض بها، لاستصواب وجدوى وضع مبادئ توجيهية لﻷمم المتحدة ترمي إلى تهيئة بيئة داعمة لتطوير التعاونيات.

The Secretary-General was also requested to ascertain, in cooperation with the Committee for the Promotion and Advancement of Cooperatives,1 the desirability and feasibility of elaborating United Nations guidelines aimed at creating a supportive environment for the development of cooperatives and to include the findings and recommendations in that same report.
كما طلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يتأكد، بالتعاون مع لجنة تعزيز التعاونيات والنهوض بها)١(، من استصواب وجدوى وضع مبادئ توجيهية لﻷمم المتحدة ترمي إلى تهيئة بيئة داعمة لتطوير التعاونيات وإدراج استنتاجاته وتوصياته في نفس ذلك التقرير.

48. As a follow-up to the Committee on the Rights of the Child's day of discussion on the situation of children without parental care, the Government of Brazil is promoting the development of United Nations guidelines for the protection of children without parental care.
48 - وكمتابعة ليوم مناقشة وضع الأطفال المحرومين من رعاية الوالدين، الذي نظّمته اللجنة المعنية بحقوق الطفل، تعمل حكومة البرازيل على تشجيع وضع مبادئ توجيهية للأمم المتحدة بشأن حماية الأطفال المحرومين من رعاية الوالدين.
