1- يُيسَّر استعمال الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، بمساعدة من مقدمي الدعم، لغات الإشارة وطريقة برايل والاتصال عن طريق اللّمس واللغة المبسَّطة وطرق الاتصال المعززة والبديلة وغيرها من سبل وأشكال الاتصال المتاحة التي يختارونها بأنفسهم فيما يتعلق بالأنشطة المتصلة بعمل اللجنة.

81. The Chinese Government supports and helps persons with disabilities in using sign language, Braille and all other methods of accessible communication to obtain information.
81- تدعم الحكومة الصينية الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وتمد لهم يد العون في استخدام لغة الإشارة وطريقة برايل وجميع طرق الاتصال الميسّر الأخرى للحصول على المعلومات.

1- يُيسَّر استعمال الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، بمساعدة أيضاً من مقدمي الدعم، لغات الإشارة وطريقة برايل والاتصال عن طريق اللّمس واللغة المبسَّطة وطرق الاتصال المعززة والبديلة وغيرها من سبل وأشكال الاتصال الميسورة التي يختارونها بأنفسهم، فيما يتعلق بالأنشطة المتصلة بعمل اللجنة.

Furthermore, it provides for " facilitating the use of sign languages, Braille, augmentative and alternative communication, and all other accessible means, modes and formats of communication of their choice by persons with disabilities in official interactions " (art. 21 (b)).
