The Child Welfare Authority in the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, in cooperation and coordination with the Danish Embassy, organized three training courses for staff involved in the formulation of child protection policy. 6- (أ) عدد الدول المتلقية للمساعدة من المركز المعني بمنع الاجرام الدولي من خلال الخدمات الاستشارية والأنشطة التدريبية وتنفيذ المشاريع للتصدي للجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية، والاتجار بالأشخاص وتهريب المهاجرين، والاتجار بالأسلحة النارية، والفساد والإرهاب الدولي وعدالة الأحداث وإصلاح السجون؛

6. (a) The number of States receiving assistance from the Centre for International Crime Prevention, through advisory services, training activities and execution of projects to address transnational organized crime, trafficking in persons and smuggling of migrants, trafficking in firearms, corruption, international terrorism and juvenile justice and prison reform;

Mr. El Mkhantar (Morocco) said that, as part of a cooperation programme with the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), Morocco was organizing continuing education and training courses abroad for judges and juvenile judges, in order to familiarize them with international norms relating to children's rights and juvenile justice.
49 - السيد المخنتر (المغرب): قال إن المغرب تقوم، كجزء من برنامج تعاون مع منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتربية والعلم والثقافة (اليونسكو)، بتنظيم دورات تعليمية وتدريبية مستمرة في الخارج للقضاة وقضاة الأحداث من أجل تعريفهم بالمعايير الدولية المتصلة بحقوق الطفل وعدالة الأحداث.

8. The Committee urges the State party to take all necessary measures to address those recommendations from the concluding observations of the State party's second periodic report that have not yet been, or not sufficiently, implemented including those related in particular to coordination, data collection, discrimination against children living in poverty, the right of the child to be heard, corporal punishment and juvenile justice.
8- تحثّ اللجنة الدولة الطرف على اتّخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لمعالجة التوصيات الواردة في الملاحظات الختامية المتعلقة بالتقرير الدوري الثاني للدولة الطرف التي لم تُنفَّذ بعد، أو لم تُنفَّذ بما يكفي، من ضمنها التوصيات المتصلة على وجه الخصوص بالتنسيق، وجمع البيانات، والتمييز ضدّ الأطفال الذين يعيشون في حالة الفقر، وحقّ الطفل في أن تُسمَع آراؤه، والعقاب البدني، وعدالة الأحداث.

OHCHR submitted recommendations to the drafting Committee which would strengthen existing human rights provisions, regarding the right to life; retroactive criminal laws and amnesty; freedom from torture and from arbitrary arrest or detention (including disappearances); rights regarding fair trial and juvenile justice and the independence of the judiciary.
