The latter responds to an invitation by the parties to the Kyoto Protocol to review and, if necessary, update supplementary methodologies for estimating anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions by sources and removals by sinks resulting from land use, land-use change and forestry activities.

II. ثانياً- وحدة تدريبية ضمن برنامج تدريب فريق الخبراء التقنيين تغطي التحليل التقني للبيانات والمعلومات التي تستخدمها الأطراف لتقييم الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ من المصادر وعمليات إزالتها بواسطة البواليع في قطاع الغابات، ومخزونات الكربون في الغابات، وتغير مخزون الكربون في الغابات، وتغير المناطق الحرجية

20. Once land is accounted for under Article 3, paragraphs 3 and 4, all anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions by sources [and removals by sinks] on this land must be accounted for throughout subsequent and contiguous commitment periods.

18- ويبدأ حساب انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة بحسب مصادرها وعمليات إزالتها بواسطة البواليع الناجمة عن أنشطة استخدام الأرض وتغيير استخدام الأرض والحراجة بموجب الفقرتين 3 و4 من المادة 3، اعتباراً من بدء النشاط أو بداية فترة الالتزام، أيهما أبعد.

The Party concerned has failed to submit an annual inventory of anthropogenic emissions by sources and removals by sinks of greenhouse gases not controlled by the Montreal Protocol, including the national inventory report and the common reporting format within six weeks of the submission date established by the Conference of the Parties;
(أ) أخفق الطرف المعني في تقديم تقرير جرد سنوي للانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها وعمليات إزالتها بواسطة البواليع الناشئة عن غازات الدفيئة غير الخاضعة لبروتوكول مونتريال، بما في ذلك تقرير الجرد السنوي الوطني ونموذج الإبلاغ الموحد، في غضون ستة أسابيع من تاريخ التقديم الذي يحدده مؤتمر الأطراف؛

(c) The implementation of a national system for the estimation of anthropogenic emissions by sources and removals by sinks in accordance with the guidelines set out in decision /CP.6;

Quality assurance (QA) activities include a planned system of review procedures conducted by personnel not directly involved in the inventory compilation development process, to verify that data quality objectives were met, ensure that the inventory represents the best possible estimate of emissions and sinks given the current state of scientific knowledge and data available, and support the effectiveness of the QC programme;
(ج) ضمان الجودة: يشتمل ضمان الجودة في أنشطته على نظام مخطط لإجراءات الاستعراض يتولى تنفيذه موظفون من غير المشاركين بصورة مباشرة في عملية تطوير تجميع قوائم الجرد، من أجل التثبت من تحقيق أهداف جودة البيانات، وضمان أن تشكل بيانات الجرد أفضل تقدير ممكن للانبعاثات وعمليات إزالتها بواسطة البواليع وذلك بالنظر إلى الحالة الراهنة للمعارف العلمية والبيانات المتاحة، ودعم فعالية برنامج مراقبة الجودة؛
