Consequently, pending a decision of the General Assembly on the conditions of service applicable to the judges of the Rwanda Tribunal, the annual salary and other conditions of service recommended by the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions for the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia have been applied to the trial judges of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda.
وبناء عليه، فإلى حين صدور قرار من الجمعية العامة بشأن شروط الخدمة المطبقة على قضاة محكمة رواندا، تنطبق المرتبات السنوية وغيرها من شروط الخدمة التي أوصت بها اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون اﻹدارة والميزانية للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة على قضاة الموضوع في المحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا.

6. Decides also that the emoluments and other conditions of service for the members of the International Court of Justice shall next be reviewed at its fiftieth session in the light of the recommendations contained in the report of the Secretary-General;

13. According to ICSC, the term " common system " is shorthand for the United Nations common system of salaries, allowances and other conditions of service.

As noted above, the General Assembly, in its resolution 55/285, had endorsed the recommendations of the Advisory Committee vis-à-vis the emoluments and other conditions of service of the members of the International Court and the judges of the International Tribunals as well as the ad litem judges of ICTY.
