Over the past three years, the amount of funding allocated by the public Fund for the support of non-governmental non-commercial organizations and other civil society institutions accredited to the Oliy Majlis (parliament) of Uzbekistan has doubled.
وخلال السنوات الثلاث الماضية، تضاعف حجم التمويل المخصّص من الصندوق العام لدعم المنظمات غير الحكومية غير التجارية وغيرها من مؤسسات المجتمع المدني المعتمدة لدى برلمان أوزبكستان.

The resources of the Fund are allocated directly to non-governmental noncommercial organizations and other civil society institutions in the form of subsidies, grants and the procurement of social services, in accordance with decisions of the Parliamentary Commission.

It is noteworthy that this policy, which reflects a number of the Mission's recommendations concerning the justice system, human rights and public security, is being analysed in conjunction with human rights organizations and other institutions of civil society.

وأصبح على النشاط التجاري أن يلتزم ليس فقط بالمعايير والمواصفات التي يفرضها القانون أو الإدارة العليا، وإنما أيضا بالمعايير والمواصفات التي تفرضها المنظمات غير الحكومية وغيرها من مؤسسات المجتمع المدني.

The Fund and the Parliamentary Commission ensure the distribution of the resources allocated from the State budget to support the work of non-governmental non-commercial organizations and other civil society institutions and the elaboration and implementation of programmes for the material and financial support of non-governmental non-commercial organizations.
ويكفل الصندوق واللجنة البرلمانية توزيع الموارد المخصصة من ميزانية الدولة لدعم عمل المنظمات غير الحكومية غير التجارية وغيرها من مؤسسات المجتمع المدني ووضع وتنفيذ برامج من أجل تقديم الدعم المادي والمالي للمنظمات غير الحكومية غير التجارية.
