وأخيرا، بالنظر الى أهمية اﻹنذار والتأهب المبكرين في الوقاية من الكوارث الطبيعية وتخفيف حدتها، فإن وفدي يود أن يؤيد تدعيم العلاقة بين شتى القطاعات الفاعلة، بما في ذلك وكالات اﻷمم المتحدة ذات الصلة، والمنظمات الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية.

Considering that poverty persists as one of the most serious obstacles to development efforts, my delegation would like to stress the vital importance of enhancing cooperation between developed countries and international financial organizations to eliminate the threat of poverty in developing countries, especially the least developed ones.
