1- يدين بشدّة، وفقاً للإعلان المتعلق بالقضاء على العنف ضد المرأة، جميع أعمال العنف ضد النساء والفتيات التي ترتكبها الدولة أو الأفراد أو جهات فاعلة من غير الدول، ويدعو إلى القضاء على جميع أشكال العنف القائم على نوع الجنس داخل الأسرة وفي المجتمع عموماً، والعنف الذي ترتكبه الدولة أو تتغاضى عنه؛

36. The United Nations should, in accordance with the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, establish a permanent mechanism or system for consultations with indigenous peoples' governance bodies, including indigenous parliaments, assemblies, councils or other bodies representing the indigenous peoples concerned, to ensure effective participation at all levels of the United Nations.
36- وينبغي للأمم المتحدة، وفقاً للإعلان المتعلق بحقوق الشعوب الأصلية، أن تستحدث آلية/نظاماً دائماً للتشاور مع هيئات الحوكمة لدى الشعوب الأصلية، بما فيها برلمانات الشعوب الأصلية أو جمعياتها أو مجالسها أو غيرها من الهيئات التي تمثلها، وضمان المشاركة الفعالة من جانب هذه الهيئات في جميع مستويات الأمم المتحدة.

In particular, the Committee called on States members of the Committee to fulfil their financial commitment, in accordance with the Declaration on the Trust Fund of the United Nations Standing Advisory Committee on Security Questions in Central Africa (Libreville Declaration).

تؤكد من جديد التزام الدول بضمان إمكانية قيام الأشخاص المنتمين إلى أقليات قومية أو إثنية وأقليات دينية ولغوية بممارسة جميع حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية ممارسة كاملة وفعالة دون أي تمييز وبمساواة تامة أمام القانون، وفقاً للإعلان المتعلق بحقوق الأشخاص المنتمين إلى أقليات قومية أو إثنية وأقليات دينية ولغوية؛

The Committee urges the State party to take the necessary action in accordance with the Declaration on the Right and Responsibility of Individuals, Groups and Organs of Society to Promote and Protect Universally Recognized Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms to end the ongoing harassment and persecution of human rights defenders and ensure that those responsible for the threats and attacks are duly prosecuted and punished.

The State party should ensure protection of women by adopting specific legislative and other measures to prevent in practice domestic violence in accordance with the Declaration on the Elimination of Violence against Women (General Assembly resolution 48/104) and provide for protection of victims, access to medical, social and legal services and temporary accommodation.
