Approved the following final country programme documents on a no-objection basis, without presentation or discussion, in accordance with decisions 2001/11 and 2006/36:

2. Requests Annex I Parties to submit to the secretariat their future national communications, in accordance with Article 12, paragraphs 1 and 2, of the Convention, in a timely manner in accordance with decisions 9/CP.16 and 2/CP.17.
2- يطلب إلى الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول أن تقدم إلى الأمانة بلاغاتها الوطنية المقبلة، وفقاً للفقرتين 1 و2 من المادة 12 من الاتفاقية في الوقت المناسب وفقاً للمقررين 9/م أ-16 و2/م أ-17.

With regard to the reporting of process-agent uses in accordance with decisions XXI/3 and X/14, 190 parties had reported.

Welcoming the progress achieved by the Ad Hoc Working Group on Further Commitments for Annex I Parties under the Kyoto Protocol on its work pursuant to decisions 1/CMP.1 and 1/CMP.5,
وإذ يرحب بالتقدم الذي أحرزه الفريق العامل المخصص المعني بالالتزامات الإضافية للأطراف المدرجـة في المرفق الأول بموجب بروتوكول كيوتو في أعماله وفقاً للمقررين 1/م أإ-1 و1/م أإ-5،

5. Stresses that, in line with its decisions 2002/4 and 2006/19, the agency component of the common country programme document will be approved on a no objection basis, without presentation or discussion, unless at least five members have informed the secretariat in writing before the session of their wish to bring the common country programme document before the Executive Board.
