1. Unless otherwise provided for in this Statute, the Pre-Trial Chamber shall exercise its functions in accordance with the provisions of this article.

10.4 The Assembly may not formally approve the Constitution until such time as the ICR has certified it as in accordance with the terms of this Settlement.
10-4 يجوز للجمعية ألا توافق رسميا على الدستور ريثما يصادق الممثل المدني الدولي عليه وفقا لأحكام هذه التسوية.

All authorizations for an export of conventional arms in accordance with this Treaty must be detailed and issued prior to the export.
ويجب أن تكون جميع تراخيص تصدير الأسلحة التقليدية الممنوحة وفقا لأحكام هذه المعاهدة تراخيص مفصلة وصادرة سلفا.

States Parties may also give special consideration, in accordance with their domestic law and the provisions of this Convention, to contributing to the aforementioned account a percentage of the money or of the corresponding value of proceeds of crime or property confiscated in accordance with the provisions of this Convention;
ويجوز للدول الأطراف أيضا أن تنظر بعين الاعتبار الخاص، وفقا لقانونها الداخلي ولأحكام هذه الاتفاقية، في التبرع للحساب الآنف الذكر بنسبة مئوية من الأموال، أو مما يعادل قيمة عائدات الجرائم أو الممتلكات التي تصادر وفقا لأحكام هذه الاتفاقية؛

Both parties shall, in accordance with the provisions of this treaty, grant each other assistance in criminal matters; criminal matters mean investigations, prosecutions or proceedings relating to any offence the punishment of which at the time of request for assistance, falls within the jurisdiction of the competent authorities of the requesting party.
ويتبادل كلا الطرفين، وفقا لأحكام هذه المعاهدة، المساعدة في الشؤون الجنائيـة؛ والمقصود بالشؤون الجنائيـــــة التحقيقات أو الملاحقات القضائية أو الدعاوى القضائية المتصلة بأي جريمة يندرج عقابها في وقت طلب المساعدة ضمن الولاية القضائية للسلطات المختصة في البلد المقدم للطلب.

This Instrument shall remain in force for a period of five years after its entry into force unless the Council, by special vote, decides to extend, renegotiate or terminate it in accordance with the provisions of this article.
1- يظل هذا الصك نافذا لمدة خمس سنوات بعد بدء نفاذه ما لم يقرر المجلس، بتصويت خاص، تمديده أو إعادة التفاوض بشأنه أو إنهاءه وفقا لأحكام هذه المادة.

States Parties may also give special consideration, in accordance with their domestic law and the provisions of this Convention, to contributing to the aforementioned account a percentage of the money or of the corresponding value of proceeds of crime or property confiscated in accordance with the provisions of this Convention;

c) The Assembly of Kosovo shall formally approve a new Constitution before the end of this transition period, in accordance with the terms of this Settlement.
(ج) توافق جمعية كوسوفو بصفة رسمية على دستور جديد قبل نهاية هذه الفترة الانتقالية؛ وفقا لأحكام هذه التسوية؛

The use of biological matter from dead embryos or fetuses for scientific, preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, pharmaceutical, clinical or surgical purposes shall be permitted within the framework of the rules governing investigation, experimentation, diagnosis and therapy, in accordance with the terms of this recommendation.
وفقا لأحكام هذه التوصية، يسمح، في إطار القواعد المنظمة للبحث والتجريب والتشخيص والعلاج، باستعمال المواد الإحيائية المأخوذة من مُضغ أو أجنة ميتة، وذلك لأغراض علمية أو وقائية أو تشخيصية أو علاجية أو صيدلانية أو إكلينيكية أو جراحية.

2. Each State Party shall adopt such legislative and other measures, in accordance with the fundamental principles of its domestic law, as may be necessary to enable its competent authorities to return confiscated property, when acting on the request made by another State Party, in accordance with this Convention, taking into account the rights of bona fide third parties.
2- تعتمد كل دولة طرف، وفقا للمبادئ الأساسية لقانونها الداخلي، ما قد يلزم من تدابير تشريعية وتدابير أخرى لتمكين سلطاتها المختصة ، عندما تتخذ إجراء ما بناء على طلب دولة طرف أخرى، من إرجاع الممتلكات المصادرة، وفقا لأحكام هذه الاتفاقية، ومع مراعاة حقوق الأطراف الثالثة الحسنة النيّة.

Recalling that the States parties to the international disarmament and non-proliferation treaties have undertaken, inter alia, both to control transfers that could contribute to proliferation activities and to facilitate the fullest possible exchange of materials, equipment and technological information for peaceful purposes, in accordance with the provisions of those treaties,
وإذ تشير إلى أن الدول الأطراف في المعاهدات الدولية المتعلقة بنـزع السلاح وعدم الانتشار قد تعهدت بجملة أمور منها الرقابة على عمليات النقل التي قد تسهم في الأنشطة المؤدية إلى انتشار الأسلحة، وتيسير أقصى قدر ممكن من تبادل المواد والمعدات والمعلومات التكنولوجية من أجل الأغراض السلمية، وفقا لأحكام هذه المعاهدات،

4. There are hereby established as organs of the Organization the Conference of the States Parties, the Executive Council and the Technical Removal of brackets around the word " Technical " is without prejudice to delegations' positions on the links with IAEA. Secretariat which shall include the International Data Centre. Subsidiary bodies may be established within the Organization according to the provisions of this Treaty.
٤- ينشأ بموجب هذا كأجهزة تابعة للمنظمة مؤتمر الدول اﻷطراف، والمجلس التنفيذي، واﻷمانة الفنية)٢( التي تتضمن مركز البيانات الدولي ويجوز إنشاء هيئات فرعية في إطار المنظمة وفقا ﻷحكام هذه المعاهدة.

1. Notwithstanding article 21, the Court has jurisdiction in accordance with this Statute with respect to crimes (referred to) [specified] in article 20 as a consequence of the referral of a (matter) [situation] to the Court by the Security Council (acting under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations.) [in accordance with the terms of such referral.]
١ - بصرف النظر عن أحكام المادة ٢١، تختص المحكمة، وفقا لهذا النظام اﻷساسي، بالجرائم )المشار إليها( ]المحددة[ في المادة ٢٠ إذا قرر مجلس اﻷمن )لدى مباشرته لعمله وفقا للفصل السابع من ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة( إحالة )الموضوع( ]الحالة[ إليها ]وفقا ﻷحكام هذه اﻹحالة[.
