Decides, as an ad hoc arrangement, to apportion among Member States the amount of 4,747,200 dollars gross (4,547,500 dollars net) for the period from 1 to 31 December 1996 in accordance with the scheme set out in the present resolution, subject to the decision of the Security Council to extend the mandate of the Support Mission beyond 30 November 1996;
٩ - تقــرر، بوصف ذلك ترتيبا مخصصا لهذه الحالة، أن تقسم فيما بين الدول اﻷعضاء مبلغا إجماليه ٠٠٢ ٧٤٧ ٤ دولار )صافيه ٠٠٥ ٧٤٥ ٤ دولار( للفترة من ١ إلى ١٣ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ٦٩٩١، وفقا للطريقة المبينة في هذا القرار، وذلك رهنا بقرار مجلس اﻷمن تمديد ولاية بعثة الدعم إلى ما بعد ٠٣ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ٦٩٩١؛

27. Decides that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Mission, there shall be set off against their outstanding obligations their respective share of the unencumbered balance and other income in the amount of 73,289,200 dollars in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2011, in accordance with the scheme set out in paragraph 26 above;
27 - تقرر أن تخصم من الالتزامات غير المسددة للدول الأعضاء التي لم تف بالتزاماتها المالية تجاه البعثة حصة كل منها في الرصيد الحر والإيرادات الأخرى البالغ مجموعهما 200 289 73 دولار فيما يتعلق بالفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2011، وفقا للطريقة المبينة في الفقرة 26 أعلاه؛

وحتى تحقق منظومة الأمم المتحدة الأداء الأمثل لوظائفها فإن هيئاتها الرئيسية يجب أن تؤدي كل منها واجباتها هي وأن تمارس سلطاتها وفقا للطريقة المنصوص عليها في الميثاق.

19. Further decides that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Mission, there shall be set off against their outstanding obligations their respective share of the unencumbered balance and other income in the amount of 1,508,900 dollars in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2011, in accordance with the scheme set out in paragraph 18 above;
19 - تقرر كذلك أن تخصم من الالتزامات غير المسددة للدول الأعضاء التي لم تف بالتزاماتها المالية تجاه البعثة حصة كل منها في الرصيد الحر والإيرادات الأخرى البالغ مجموعهما 900 508 1 دولار فيما يتعلق بالفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2011، وفقا للطريقة المبينة في الفقرة 18 أعلاه؛

21. Decides that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Mission, there shall be set off against their outstanding obligations their respective share of the unencumbered balance and other income in the total amount of 22,310,300 dollars in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2011, in accordance with the scheme set out in paragraph 20 above;

17. Also decides that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Force, there shall be set off against their outstanding obligations their respective share of the unencumbered balance and other income in the amount of 1,216,000 dollars in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2011, in accordance with the scheme set out in paragraph 16 above;
17 - تقرر أيضا أن تخصم من الالتزامات غير المسددة للدول الأعضاء التي لم تف بالتزاماتها المالية تجاه القوة حصة كل منها في الرصيد الحر والإيـــرادات الأخــرى البالـغ مجموعهما 000 216 1 دولار فيما يتعلق بالفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2011، وفقا للطريقة المبينة في الفقرة 16 أعلاه؛

21. Decides that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Force, there shall be set off against their outstanding obligations their respective share of the unencumbered balance and other income in the total amount of 28,875,400 dollars in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2011, in accordance with the scheme set out in paragraph 20 above;
21 - تقـرر أن تــخصم من الالتزامات غير المسـددة للدول الأعضاء التي لم تـف بالتزاماتها المالية تجاه القوة حصـة كل منها في الرصيـد الحر والإيرادات الأخرى البالغ مجموعهما 400 875 28 دولار فيما يتعلق بالفترة المالية المنتهيـة في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2011، وفقا للطريقة المبينـة في الفقرة 20 أعلاه؛

20. Decides that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Mission, there shall be set off against their outstanding obligations their respective share of the unencumbered balance and other income in the total amount of 1,138,100 dollars in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2011, in accordance with the scheme set out in paragraph 19 above;

27. Decides that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Operation, there shall be set off against their outstanding obligations their respective share of the unencumbered balance and other income in the total amount of 335,513,400 dollars in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2011, in accordance with the scheme set out in paragraph 26 above;
27 - تقرر أن تخصم من الالتزامات غير المسددة للدول الأعضاء التي لم تف بالتزاماتها المالية تجاه العملية حصة كل منها في الرصيد الحر والإيرادات الأخرى البالغ مجموعهما 400 513 335 دولار فيما يتعلق بالفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2011، وفقا للطريقة المبينة في الفقرة 26 أعلاه؛

The training and instruction of the military and civilian personnel of States members of the Commonwealth of Independent States sent to training centres for peace-keeping forces of another State member shall be conducted in the manner laid down under bilateral instruction contracts.
يجري تدريب وتعليم اﻷفراد العسكريين والمدنيين التابعين للدول اﻷعضاء في رابطة الدول المستقلة، الذين يُرسلون إلى مراكز تدريب قوات حفظ السلام في دولة عضو أخرى، وفقا للطريقة التي تنص عليها عقود التدريب الثنائية.

(c) Whether staff and person being paid by the Tribunal have been recruited or engaged in the manner provided for in the Rules of the Tribunal or the Staff Regulations and Rules of the Tribunal;
(ج) ما إذا كان الموظفون والأشخاص الذين تدفع المحكمة أجورا لهم قد تم تعيينهم أو التعاقد معهم وفقا للطريقة المنصوص عليها في لائحة المحكمة أو في النظامين الإداري والأساسي لموظفي المحكمة؛
