At its eighth meeting, the Persistent Organic Pollutants Review Committee considered the comments received from parties and observers on the guidance on alternatives to perfluorooctane sulfonic acid, its salts, perfluorooctane sulfonyl fluoride and their related chemicals.

Based on the comments and information received, the ad hoc working group revised the guidance on alternatives to perfluorooctane sulfonic acid, its salts, perfluorooctane sulfonyl fluoride and their related chemicals.
