For this reason, the draft guide defers to intellectual property law with respect to any inconsistency between its general part and intellectual property law.

Subject to the changes mentioned above, the Working Group approved the substance of the section of the draft annex dealing with the interaction between secured transactions and intellectual property law under the Guide.
19- ووافق الفريق العامل على مضمون القسم الذي يتناول التفاعل بين قانون المعاملات المضمونة وقانون الملكية الفكرية في إطار الدليل من مشروع المرفق، رهنا بإجراء التغييرات السالفة الذكر.
