وقبل أن نبدأ عملية التصويت أود أن أذكر الأعضاء بأنه، عملا بالمادة 88 من النظام الداخلي للجمعية العامة، لا يجوز لأي ممثل أن يقطع عملية التصويت إلا لإثارة نقطة نظام تتعلق بطريقة إجراء التصويت فعليا.
