The Conference requested all the Member States to commit themselves to making annual voluntary donations to the ISF budget and called on the Member States to contribute to the capital of the ISF Waqf.
وطلب المؤتمر من جميع الدول الأعضاء الالتزام بتقديم تبرعات طوعية سنوية لميزانية الصندوق. ودعا الدول الأعضاء إلى المساهمة في رأس مال وقفية صندوق التضامن الإسلامي.

6. Calls on the Member States to issue a Palestine stamp in pursuance of the relevant Islamic resolutions and to transfer the proceeds generated from it to Al-Quds Waqf Fund in support of the steadfastness of the City of Al-Quds and its Holy Al-Aqsa Mosque.
6 - يدعو الدول الأعضاء إلى إصدار طابع فلسطين وفقا للقرارات الإسلامية الصادرة بهذا الشأن، وأن يتم تحويل ريعه إلى وقفية صندوق القدس دعما لصمود مدينة القدس الشريف ومسجدها الأقصى المبارك؛

Noting with satisfaction the realization of 63.6% of the capital of the ISF Waqf and stressing the need to make every effort to complete the financing of the US$ 100 million - capital so that the Waqf can provide the Fund with adequate proceeds to ensure the self-financing of its annual budgets;
وإذ يسجل بـارتياح بتوفر 6ر63% من رأسمال وقفية صندوق التضامن الإسلامي، وإذ يؤكد ضرورة العمل الجاد على استكماله ليصل إلى مائة مليون دولار لتدر ريعا يمكن للصندوق من خلاله تحقيق التمويل الذاتي لميزانيته،

7. Calls on the Overseers Board of the ISF Waqf Endowment to design a comprehensive work plan on ways and means to develop ISF resources in line with the spirit of the OIC Ten-Year Programme of Action to Face the Challenges of the Twenty-First Century.
7 - يدعو هيئة نظار وقفية الصندوق وضع استراتيجية شاملة وخطة عمل حول سبل تنمية موارد الصندوق ووقفيته تمشيا مع روح البرناج العشري لمنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي

Noting with satisfaction the realization of 64.4% of the capital of the ISF Waqf and stressing the need to make every effort to complete the financing of the US$ 100 million - capital so that the Waqf can provide the Fund with adequate proceeds to ensure the self-financing of its annual budgets;
وإذ يسجل بـارتياح توفر 64.4 في المائة من رأسمال وقفية صندوق التضامن الإسلامي، وإذ يؤكد ضرورة العمل الجاد لاستكماله ليصل رأسماله إلى مائة مليون دولار لتدر ريعا يمكن للصندوق من خلاله تحقيق التمويل الذاتي لميزانيته،

117. The Conference called on the Board of Trustees of the ISF Waqf and the committee for the development of resources to redouble its efforts to ensure a better diversification of the investment portfolios of the Waqf funds through investment opportunities and in accordance with Islamic Sharia.
117- دعا هيئة نظار وقفية صندوق التضامن الإسلامي ولجنة تنمية الموارد إلى تكثيف مساعيها لتنويع محافظ استثمارات أموال وقفية الصندوق بطريقة أفضل من خلال الفرص الاستثمارية وطبقا للشريعة الإسلامية.

7. Calls on the Waqf's Supervisory Council and the Committee for Resources Development of the ISF to intensify their efforts to better diversify the investment portfolios of ISF's Waqf Fund at the Islamic Development Bank.
7 - يدعو هيئة نظار وقفية الصندوق ولجنة تنمية الموارد إلى تكثيف مساعيها لتنويع محافظ استثمارات أموال وقفية الصندوق بطريقة أفضل من خلال الفرص الاستثمارية وطبقا للشريعة الإسلامية.

9. To support the recommendation of the Al-Quds Committee, under the chairmanship of His Majesty King Hassan II, that the assets of the Al-Quds Fund and Waqf should immediately be placed at the disposal of the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Palestinian National Authority in view of the present conditions in the City of Jerusalem and in order to counter the conspiracy for the Judaization of the City and the settlement campaign;
٩ - دعم توصية لجنة القدس برئاسة جلالة الملك الحسن الثاني بوضع اﻷموال الموجودة في صندوق وقفية القدس فورا تحت تصرف منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية والسلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية وذلك نظرا للظروف التي تمر بها مدينة القدس، ولمواجهة مؤامرة تهويد المدينة والهجمة الاستيطانية عليها.

8. Calls also on the ISF Waqf Supervisory Fund to look for effective ways to get donations from the private sector (institutions and individuals) in OIC Member States as a new source to support the budget of the Islamic Solidarity Fund.
8 - يدعو كذالك هيئة نظار وقفية الصندوق البحث عن الوسائل الفعالة للحصول على تبرعات القطاع الخاص (المؤسسات والأفراد) في الدول الأعضاء بمنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي كمورد جديد لدعم ميزانية صندوق التضامن الإسلامي.

3. Calls upon Member States and Islamic peoples to contribute in support of the Al Quds Waqf Fund with 1 dollars per each Muslim, pursuant to the provisions of the Final Communiqué of the Third Extraordinary Islamic Conference, in order to provide relief for the Palestinian people to face the tribulation and to safeguard the blessed Al Aqsa Mosque and other Islamic sanctuaries and preserve the Arab and Islamic identity of the city of Al Quds.
3 - تنفيذاً لما ورد في البيان الختامي للقمة الإسلامية الاستثنائية الثالثة، يدعو الدول الأعضاء والشعوب الإسلامية إلى المساهمة في دعم وقفية صندوق القدس بدولار من كل مسلم، وذلك لإعانة الشعب الفلسطيني على مواجهة محنته، ولصيانة المسجد الأقصى المبارك وبقية المقدسات الإسلامية، والحفاظ على الهوية العربية الإسلامية لمدينة القدس.
