12. NSAU shares the concern regarding the danger of man-made space debris and regards the problem of removing space debris from near-Earth space as being of the utmost urgency.

In 2009, NSAU reached an agreement with investors concerning financing for the establishment of a national satellite communications system using a Ukrainian communications and broadcasting satellite.
9- في عام 2009 عقدت وكالة الفضاء الوطنية الأوكرانية اتفاقاً مع مستثمرين بخصوص التمويل اللازم لإنشاء نظام وطني للاتصالات باستخدام ساتل أوكراني للاتصالات والإذاعة.

As a result of the meetings and talks held in Kyiv and Dnipropetrovs' k, an agreement providing for further exploration of the possibilities for effective and fruitful cooperation in constructing wind turbines for wind power plants was signed by NSAU, Yuzhny Machine-Building Plant, Sumitomo Corporation and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.

وإن الهدف المتوخى من الاتفاق هو إيجاد إطار للتعاون الفضائي بين وكالة الفضاء الوطنية الأوكرانية والإدارة الوطنية للملاحة الجوية والفضاء التابعة للولايات المتحدة على أساس المساواة والمنفعة المتبادلة، مع مراعاة الاتجاهات الجديدة والمناهج المستجدة في أنشطة الفضاء في الظروف الراهنة.
