1. To note that the Democratic Republic of the Congo ratified the Montreal Protocol and the London and Copenhagen Amendments on 30 November 1994 and the Montreal and Beijing Amendments on 23 March 2005, is classified as a Party operating under paragraph 1 of Article 5 of the Protocol and had its country programme approved by the Executive Committee of the Multilateral Fund for the Implementation of the Montreal Protocol in March 1999.
1 - أن يشير إلى أن جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية صدقت على بروتوكول مونتريال وعلى تعديلي لندن وكوبنهاجن يوم 30 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 1994 وتعديلي مونتريال وبيجين يوم 23 آذار/مارس 2005، وهي مصنفة كطرف يعمل بموجب الفقرة 1 من المادة 5 من بروتوكول مونتريال، وافقت اللجنة التنفيذية للصندوق متعدد الأطراف لتنفيذ بروتوكول مونتريال على برنامجها القطري في آذار/مارس 1999.

To note that the Islamic Republic of Iran ratified the Montreal Protocol on 3 October 1990, the London and Copenhagen Amendments on 4 August 1997 and the Montreal Amendment on 17 October 2001, is classified as a Party operating under paragraph 1 of Article 5 of the Protocol and had its country programme approved by the Executive Committee of the Multilateral Fund for the Implementation of the Montreal Protocol in June 1993.
1 - أن يشير إلى أن جمهورية إيران الإسلامية صدقت على بروتوكول مونتريال يوم 3 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 1990، وتعديلي لندن وكوبنهاجن يوم 4 آب/أغسطس 1997 وتعديل مونتريال 17 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2001، وأنها تصنف كطرف عامل بموجب الفقرة 1 من المادة 5 من البروتوكول، وقد ووفق على برنامجها القطري من جانب اللجنة التنفيذية التابعة للصندوق متعدد الأطراف لتنفيذ بروتوكول مونتريال في حزيران/يونيه 1993.
