the Subcommittee noted that informal consultations were being conducted among member States with regard to the proposal to consider an item entitled " International cooperation with a view to developing national infrastructure for the use of geospatial data " .

ولاحظت اللجنة الفرعية أنه يجري النظر في امكانية الاستجابة في وقت قصير جدا وتوفر فرص متكررة لمعاودة رصد الموقع، والقدرة على ارسال البيانات في وقت قريب من الوقت الحقيقي الى محطات الاستقبال القريبة من المنطقة التي جرى تصويرها، والقدرة على حيازة بيانات في كل أحوال الطقس ليل نهار، وامكانية الوصول الى هذه البيانات على نطاق عالمي، وذلك في اطار تبين احتياجات النظام وهندسته.

the Subcommittee noted that by gradually introducing low and medium orbit mobile communication systems, new orbital resources were being exploited, thus reducing future demand on geostationary orbital slots.
