The programme budget shall include a contingency fund expressed as a percentage of the overall budget level, to accommodate additional expenditures relating to the biennium derived from legislative mandates not provided for in the proposed programme budget or, subject to the provisions of paragraph 11 below, from revised estimates.
وتتضمن الميزانية البرنامجية رصيد مصاريف طارئة يتمثل في نسبة مئوية من مستوى الميزانية العام للوفاء، خلال فترة السنتين، بالنفقات الإضافية المتصلة بفترة السنتين، الناجمة عن ولايات تشريعية لم ترصد لها اعتمادات في الميزانية البرنامجية المقترحة، أو رهنا بأحكام الفقرة 11، الناشئة عن التقديرات المنقحة.

وقررت كذلك أن تتضمن الميزانية البرنامجية رصيد مصاريف طارئة للوفاء بالنفقات اﻹضافية المتصلة بفترة السنتين، الناجمة عن ولايات تشريعية لم ترصد لها اعتمادات في الميزانية البرنامجية المقترحة.

It will be recalled that under the procedure established by the General Assembly in its resolution 41/213 of 19 December 1986, a contingency fund is established each biennium to accommodate additional expenditures derived from the legislative mandates not provided for in the proposed programme budget.
٧ - من الجدير بالذكر أنه وفقا للاجراء الذي حددته الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٤١/٢١٣ المؤرخ ١٩ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٨٦، ينشأ صندوق للطوارئ كل فترة سنتين لاستيعاب النفقات الاضافية الناجمة عن ولايات تشريعية لم ترصد لها اعتمادات في الميزانية البرنامجية المقترحة.

It will be recalled that, under the procedures established by the General Assembly in its resolutions 41/213 of 19 December 1986 and 42/211 of 21 December 1987, a contingency fund is established for each biennium to accommodate additional expenditure derived from legislative mandates not provided for in the programme budget.
24 - ويُذكر أنه بموجب الإجراءات التي أرستها الجمعية العامة في قراريها 41/213 المؤرخ 19 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1986 و 42/211 المؤرخ 21 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1987، يُنشأ صندوق للطوارئ لكل فترة سنتين لاستيعاب النفقات الإضافية المترتبة على ولايات تشريعية لم ترصد لها اعتمادات في الميزانية البرنامجية.
