63 - وذكَّر بالإجراء الذي اتخذته الجمعية العامة في قراريها 41/213 المؤرخ 19 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1986 و 42/211 المؤرخ 21 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1987 الذي قضت بموجبه بإنشاء صندوق للطوارئ لكل فترة سنتين للوفاء بمصروفات إضافية ناجمة عن ولايات تشريعية لم تُرصد لها اعتمادات في الميزانية البرنامجية.

The Advisory Committee recalls General Assembly resolutions 41/213 and 42/211, according to which the programme budget should include a contingency fund expressed as a percentage of the overall budget level, to accommodate additional expenditures relating to the biennium derived from legislative mandates not provided for in the proposed programme budget.

In its resolution 41/213 (annex I, sect. C, para. 8), the Assembly stipulated that the programme budget should include a contingency fund expressed as a percentage of the overall budget level to accommodate additional expenditures relating to the biennium derived from legislative mandates not provided for in the proposed programme budget or from revised estimates.
