Requests States to effectively promote and protect the human rights and fundamental freedoms of all migrants regardless of their immigration status, especially those of women and children, in conformity with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the international instruments to which they are party;
4 - تطلب إلى الدول أن تقوم بتعزيز حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية لجميع المهاجرين وحمايتها بصورة فعالة، أيا كان وضعهم كمهاجرين ولا سيما حقوق النساء والأطفال وحرياتهم الأساسية، وذلك وفقا للإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان والصكوك الدولية التي هي طرف فيها؛
