Taking into account the decision adopted by the Advisory Committee at its first session to establish a drafting group consisting of José Bengoa Cabello, Chinsung Chung, Latif Hüseynov, Jean Ziegler and Mona Zulficar in relation to the Committee's work on the right to food,
وإذ تضع في اعتبارها القرار الذي اعتمدته اللجنة الاستشارية في دورتها الأولى لإنشاء فريق صياغة يتألف من خوسيه بنغوا كابيّو، وتشينسونغ تشونغ ولطيف حسينوف وجان زيغلر ومنى ذو الفقار، فيما يتعلق بعمل اللجنة بشأن الحق في الغذاء،

3. At its eighth session, the Advisory Committee established a drafting group consisting of Wolfgang Stefan Heinz (Rapporteur), Latif Hüseynov (Chairperson), Obiora Chinedu Okafor, Shigeki Sakamoto, Ahmer Bilal Soofi and Jean Ziegler (whose term ended on 30 September 2012).
3- وقد أنشأت اللجنة الاستشارية، في دورتها الثامنة، فريق صياغة مكوَّناً من ولفغانغ شيتفان هاينز (مقرراً)، ولطيف حسينوف (رئيساً)، وأوبيورا شينيدو أوكافور، وشيغيكي ساكاموتو، وأحمر بلال صوفي، وجان زيغلر (انتهت ولايته في 30 أيلول/سبتمبر 2012).

2. In its recommendation 5/2, the Advisory Committee designated Chinsung Chung, Miguel d'Escoto Brockmann, Wolfgang Stefan Heinz (Rapporteur) and Mona Zulficar (Chairperson) as members of the drafting group, which was later expanded to include Shigeki Sakamoto and Latif Hüseynov.
3- وعيّنت اللجنة الاستشارية في توصيتها 5/2 تشينسونغ تشونغ، وميغيل ديسكوتو بروكمان، وفولفغانغ سيتفان هاينز (المُقرر)، ومنى ذو الفقار (رئيسة الفريق) أعضاء في فريق الصياغة، الذي وُسّعت عضويته لاحقاً لتشمل شيغيكي ساكاموتو ولطيف حسينوف.

At its sixth session, the Advisory Committee established a drafting group to work on the issue of human rights and international solidarity, consisting of Chen Shiqiu (Chairperson/Rapporteur), Chung Chinsung, Miguel d'Escoto Brockman, Latif Hüseynov, Dheeraj Seetulsingh and Halima Embarek Wazazi.
3- وأنشأت اللجنة الاستشارية في دورتها السادسة فريق صياغة لتناول مسألة حقوق الإنسان والتضامن الدولي يتألف من تشين شيكيو (رئيساً/مقرراً) وتشونغ تشينسونغ وميغيل ديسكوتو بروكمان ولطيف حسينوف ودهيراج سيتولسينغ وحليمة مبارك الورزازي.

At its sixth session, the Advisory Committee established a drafting group to work on the issue of human rights and international solidarity, consisting of Chen Shiqiu (Chairperson/Rapporteur), Chung Chinsung, Miguel d'Escoto Brockman, Latif Hüseynov, Dheeraj Seetulsingh and Halima Embarek Wazazi.
3- وأنشأت اللجنة الاستشارية في دورتها السادسة فريق صياغة لتناول مسألة حقوق الإنسان والتضامن الدولي تتألف من تشين شيكيو (الرئيس/المقرر) وتشونغ تشينسونغ وميغيل ديسكوتو بروكمان ولطيف حسينوف ودهيراج سيتولسينغ وحليمة امبارك الورزازي.

4. The Advisory Committee, at its second session, held from 26 to 30 January 2009, set up a drafting group with the task of preparing a study on best practices in the matter of missing persons, and designated the following as its members: Ansar Burney, Chinsung Chung, Wolfgang Stefan Heinz (Chairperson), Latif Hüseynov (Rapporteur), Miguel Alfonso Martínez and Bernards Andrews Nyamwaya Mudho.
4- وأنشأت اللجنة الاستشارية، في دورتها الثانية المعقودة في الفترة من 26 إلى 30 كانون الثاني/يناير 2009، فريق صياغة مكلفاً بإعداد دراسة عن أفضل الممارسات في مسألة المفقودين، وعينت في الفريق الأعضاء التالية أسماؤهم: أنصار بورنيه، وتشينسونغ تشونغ، وفولفغانغ ستيفان هاينز (رئيس فريق الصياغة)، ولطيف حسينوف (مقرر فريق الصياغة)، وميغيل ألفونسو مارتينيس وبرناردز أندروز نياموايا مودهو.

In order to give effect to resolution 23/3, the Advisory Committee, pursuant to its recommendation 11/2, set up a drafting group at its eleventh session consisting of Saeed Mohamed Al Faihani, Laurence Boisson de Chazournes, Mario Luis Coriolano, Latif Hüseynov, Alfred Ntunduguru Karokora, Obiora Chinedu Okafor (Rapporteur), Katharina Pabel and Dheerujlall Seetulsingh (Chair), as well as Shigeki Sakamoto, whose term ended on 30 September 2013.
4- ولإعمال القرار 23/3، أنشأت اللجنة الاستشارية في دورتها الحادية عشرة فريق صياغة عملاً بتوصيتها 11/2، ويضم الفريق سعيد محمد الفيحاني ولورانس بواسون دي شازورن وماريو لويس كوريولانو ولطيف حسينوف وألفريد نتوندوغورو كاروكورا وأوبيورا تشينيدو أوكافور (مقرراً) وكاتارينا بابيل وديروجلال سيتولسينغ (رئيساً) إضافة إلى شيغيكي ساكاماتو الذي انتهت ولايته في 30 أيلول/سبتمبر 2013.
